Job Title: Financial Administrator

About the Role:
* Processing invoices, bills and receipt payments
* Balancing bank accounts
* Carrying out payroll tasks and superannuation requirements
* Providing assistance to clients where possible
* Aiding with training sessions for clients
* Attending networking events to grow business
* Carrying out general administrative duties
* Handling correspondence from government agencies
About You:
* A relevant qualification in bookkeeping or accounting is essential
* Demonstrated experience with MYOB and Xero
* Experience with Quickbooks and Reckon would be beneficial but not required
* Strong administration and data entry skills are required
* Proficiency with technology including Office 365 suite
* Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work independently
* A current police clearance is necessary
