Working closely with the Clinical Development Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient department operations. You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support within the Department of Renal Medicine.

* Answering departmental phone calls and taking messages.
* Typing and mailing patient letters.
* Coordinating clinic appointments and organizing medical records.
* Providing high-level admin support to Transplant Coordinators.
* Assisting with meeting coordination and minute-taking.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
">
* Demonstrated experience or qualification in medical terminology.
* Demonstrated experience in providing secretarial and administrative support.
* Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
* Demonstrated experience in using various software applications, including iPM, HPE document tracking system, Oracle and Microsoft Office.
