About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and patient individuals who can work effectively with people with complex mental and physical health issues. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for supporting participants with their daily living needs, including personal care, domestic duties, and community-based activities.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or higher qualification
* Experience working with people with disability, particularly those with mental health issues
* Previous skills and qualifications in medication assistance and administration highly recommended
* Demonstrate understanding of incident reporting, quality documentation, complaints handling, and complex behavior strategic support
* Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
* Current Open Drivers Licence
* Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Card
