Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to leverage their expertise in lending and relationships to drive market share growth.
The ideal candidate will have extensive consumer lending experience, strong networks, and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities.
They will also possess high-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations, as well as the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lending growth by building strong relationships, acquiring new business, and becoming the go-to lending expert in the area.

* Guide customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals.

This is a permanent, full-time position that can be located at the Community Bank in Halls Head, WA.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Extensive consumer lending experience - this is essential.
* Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities.
* High-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
* An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.
* Highly developed credit analysis skills.
* An understanding of small business offerings.
* A self-motivated, high-performing approach, with a proven track record of consistently delivering lending growth.
