About the role
MSS Security is seeking a professional, well-presented Security Concierge to join our team at a key site located in Wyong on the Central Coast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong security awareness with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
As a Security Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, while also maintaining a safe and secure environment. This position offers a consistent rotating roster with a mix of night and day shifts, primarily across weeknights and weekends.
* Grade 3 Security position
* Concierge-style security role with a strong customer service focus
* Predominantly weeknight and weekend coverage
* Combination of day and night shifts:
* 6:00am - 6:00pm
* 6:00pm - 6:00am
* 3-week rotating roster, providing structure and consistency:
* Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday (6:00pm-6:00am)
* Week 2: Thursday, Friday & Saturday (6:00pm-6:00am)
* Week 3: Monday (6:00pm-6:00am), Friday, Saturday & Sunday (6:00am-6:00pm)
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for all site visitors
* Providing a visible and professional security presence
* Access control and monitoring of entry points
* Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
* Responding to incidents and emergencies in line with site procedures
* Completing accurate incident reports and shift documentation
* Assisting tenants, staff, and visitors with general enquiries
About You
* Current NSW Security Licence (Grade 3)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
* Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
* Ability to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
* Previous concierge or corporate security experience highly regarded
