The Duketon Gold project is located on Bandya Road, 90KM North of Laverton. Scope of works includes load and haul, drill and blast activities, and fleet maintenance. MACA Mining is seeking experienced and skilled Drill Fitters and Lead Drill Specialists to join our team. Your focus will be maintaining our fleet of Epiroc T45 Drill Rigs as well as our Caterpillar MDs. Build your future with one of WA's most trusted contractors. To be Successful in this Role, You Will Possess:
* Australian Trade Certificate
* Extensive surface mining drill rig experience (Epiroc, CAT preferred)
* Australian Driver Licence
* Problem‐solving ability, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills whilst being able to repair and maintain
* Willingness to mentor and assist other fitters within your crew
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
* Good knowledge and ability to follow Work Health & Safety procedures and policies
