Director of Marketing - Strategic Development
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing leader to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing and event strategies that promote brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement across all segments in the Australian market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services landscape in Australia, with awareness of regional dynamics across Asia. They will possess excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy tailored to the Australian market, aligned with APAC-wide commercial goals.
* Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, and messaging in collaboration with commercial strategists and campaign managers.
* Lead demand generation initiatives across digital, content, and event channels to drive pipeline growth and accelerate the sales cycle.
* Support content creation as part of demand generation and campaign initiatives.
* Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize ROI.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and event management, with a strong focus on the Australian market.
* Exposure to or experience working within the broader Asian financial marketplace is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and end-to-end event execution.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office preferred.
