Customer Service Manager Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer care team.
1. Provide leadership, guidance and support across the customer service function
2. Evaluate customer requirements using accurate information sources
3. Oversee day-to-day operations of phone channels ensuring SLA's are met which includes managing multiple channels (phone emails), technical expertise supporting teams such as sales and returns .
The role involves real-time management of phone channel interactions meeting performance indicators continuously reviewing processes identifying continuous improvement initiatives targeted when viewed highly relevant fields acted. As part of this position you will be implementing IT systems that allow customers' inquiries regarding credit return policy warrant claims freight etc providing clear information during queries making them easier manageable through business processes all while maintaining excellent communication skills.
