The role suits a highly skilled, trade-qualified professional with strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and the discipline to work autonomously while delivering high-quality, factual reporting for insurers and construction clients.Key responsibilitiesPrepare solid, factual, and technically accurate reports for insurers and construction clients.Produce detailed and clear Scopes of Works (SOW).
Identify construction defects and assess building pathology issues.Work autonomously to manage workload efficiently.Required qualificationsMust hold a current QBCC Trade Licence.Must hold a QBCC Builder Licence as a minimum qualification.Minimum 10 years post-trade experience.Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently.Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
