**Role Description**
This Executive Assistant will be working within the Marketing organization, reporting to the SVP & CMO, Asia Pacific. This position requires initiative, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. The role requires you to manage internal and external relationships, including working with senior executives; superb written and oral communication skills are essential. **Core Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day schedules in such a way that the executives are able to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings (town halls and all-hands), off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc.
- Drafting communications to the team, and stakeholders to the marketing organisation.
- Management and processing of executives' business expenses.
- Assist with organising catering, luncheon/dinner planning, and planning of other business-related meetings as requested.
- Book appropriate domestic and international travel within the Salesforce travel policy, taking into account travel Visas, Covid requirements, costs and proper documentation.
- Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to handle projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines.
- Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines.
- Effectively interface with stakeholders from other groups within Salesforce and Senior Executives inside and outside the company.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Shown, applicable administrative experience, ideally from a global organization (technology industry advantageous).
- Previous experience partnering with senior management in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Skilful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organisation and process.
- Ensure communications are clear, thorough, and specific, with attention to follow-through.
- Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs, within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential material with the utmost discretion.
- Experience with the setting up and management of virtual meetings with a large number of participants, using tools such as Zoom, Google Meets etc.
- Strong teamwork skills; and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others.
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company.
- Substantial experience with creating presentations, mail and calendaring skills (Google Slides, Gmail and Google Calendar experience a plus).
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
