Responsibilities
* The autonomous management of litigated motor vehicle property damage recovery claims and defences on behalf of some of Australia's largest insurers;
* The opportunity to work on subrogated recoveries (fire, flood, impact damage), builder's warranty insurance recoveries, fraud and indemnity disputes and advice, and a broad range of other litigated matters.
About You
You will be looking to further your legal career with a growing commercial law firm. To be successful in this role, you will have experience (pre or post admission) in litigation, as well as an interest in a role where you will autonomously manage litigated motor vehicle claims and defences, including appearing virtually at and running your own small claims hearings in the Local Court of NSW. Previous experience in the space is not essential but would be looked at favourably.
You will want to be a litigation lawyer who manages a portfolio of work (with appropriate supervision) and will have the right attitude where you want to grow with us as a firm and develop a fulfilling legal career with us.
