Lead Educator Position
This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced educator to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality education and care services to children.

* Key Responsibilities:

o To design and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-12 years.
o To supervise and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care services.
o To build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
o To ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times.
o To participate in ongoing professional development to improve knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
* Significant experience as an educator and leader in early childhood settings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to critically reflect on practice and make improvements.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
