Job Title: Office Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

* To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of drivers, vehicles, and operational metrics.
* To perform data entry tasks including but not limited to AdBlue, fuel readings and other operational metrics into our systems; prepare end-of-month reporting.
* To coordinate internal communications and notices for depot staff to ensure smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities may include scheduling, documentation for vehicle maintenance, monitoring operational compliance and assisting with fleet and equipment tracking.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They should also have experience in data entry, basic computer skills and good communication skills.
