We are seeking a part time Accounts Receivable Officer to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our receipts collection process for all client invoicing in accordance with agreed terms. This role also manages the dry-hire billing process and provides support to the wider finance team as operational needs require.
Responsibilities:
Processing and allocation of customer payments, accurately and in a timely manner
Ownership over the accounts receivable function
Resolving client queries and disputes with the sales and operations teams
Processing credits and refunds
Establish new and manage existing customer accounts
Ensure customer accounts are reconciled and resolving discrepancies
Manage all incoming emails to the Receivables inbox
Daily invoicing and reconciliation from the Odoo ERP system to Esker Termsync
Uploading of invoices to various Customer portals
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Sales Administrator and Sales Team
Raising and distributing invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy against sales orders
Review accuracy of end-of-month utilisation reporting
Provide support and back-up to Sales Administrator and Accounts Payable
Compile financial reports
Provide ad-hoc support to the Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller
Able to work with sensitive information in a highly confidential manner
Well organised, able to prioritise own workload with excellent time management skills
Ability to investigate and resolve issues
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
High attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry
Excellent communication skills both (written and oral)
National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months)
This is a permanent part-time position working 20-25 hours per week Monday to Friday that may be worked within school hours if preferred.
