The Role of a CTP Advisor is one of variety.
You will become part of an fantastic group of people who provide awesome service to our NSW customers with all queries related to CTP Insurance.On any given day, you could find yourself selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies, and fielding general questions about CTP Insurance in general.
If you take on the challenge of being a CTP Specialist with Youi, you will become a subject matter expert.
About The Role
Full time Monday-Friday role, tailored to our NSW customers
Customer-focused role addressing all queries related to CTP insurance
Selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies
Listening to customer needs and identify opportunities to add value
Exceeding targets and enjoying the benefits
Overcoming objections to close the deal
Delivering awesome service to our clients
