Our client URGENTLY requires a Program Support Officer for 12 months + Contract in Buderim.
The Program Support Officer will provide professional, efficient and effective administration and communications support that assists the Governance and Design team, wider Stakeholder Management unit and the North Coast Region to achieve its outcomes and priorities.
Skills and Experience required include:
* Demonstrated ability in managing busy, high-volume inboxes and delivering accurate, efficient email communication to a variety of stakeholders.
* Maintains a high standard of professional practice in a range of administrative and governance processes, including proficient use of databases and accurate data entry.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office software suite including Teams and SharePoint.
* Experience in supporting process improvements, including identifying and resolving issues to improve team practices is desirable.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
