The State Library of Western Australia's Better Beginnings program has supported the early literacy development of children aged 0 to 5 years across the state for 20 years. This position will implement the Better Beginnings community impact initiative that will work closely with local networks and organisations in two selected regional communities to deliver and measure the impact of the Better Beginnings program and messaging. This will involve developing and delivering workshops, community engagement and promotional activities, partnership development, and overall evaluation. Regional travel is a key component of this role.

This is a fixed-term, full-time (75 hours per fortnight) vacancy from January **** to June ****. The position can be based anywhere in Western Australia.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to lead and deliver the Better Beginnings community impact initiative to support the inclusive and equitable delivery of the Better Beginnings Program in regional Western Australia. This includes the incorporation of Aboriginal and CALD communities, and the provision of training, support and collaborations in two regional communities.
Location
This position can be based anywhere in Western Australia.
