As a Store Support Manager, you will be an integral part of a dynamic retail environment. Your role will involve supporting the operational and people aspects of the store, working closely with the Store Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Sales Performance: Assist the Store Manager in meeting or exceeding key commercial targets.
* Store Presentation: Ensure the store's visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards are consistently met.
* Team Development: Coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+) to achieve individual and team goals.
* Customer Focus: Be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers' needs and preferences.
