What you'll be doing
As Assistant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the atmosphere, quality, and team performance at both the Pool Bar and One Tree Hill.
Your focus will be on leading a vibrant team while ensuring guests experience the perfect balance of craft cocktails, relaxed service, and unforgettable island vibes.
Lead, train, and inspire bar teams across both outlets.
Drive cocktail innovation, presentation, and menu development.
Deliver seamless service and handle guest needs with warmth and professionalism.
Manage rosters, stock control, and operational efficiency.
Uphold licensing, hygiene, and safety standards.
Build a positive team culture where creativity and growth are encouraged.
What we're looking for
You're not just a hospitality professional – you're a cocktail enthusiast and leader who thrives in high-energy environments.
You love creating drinks that wow, mentoring bartenders, and shaping service that turns moments into memories.
Previous supervisory or management experience in cocktail bars, lounges, or high-volume venues.
Solid cocktail knowledge with a flair for creativity.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask while keeping calm and guest-focused.
RSA Certificate and valid Driver's Licence (essential).
