The Role
You will manage and grow your own recruitment desk within one or more industry verticals. The position can focus on permanent placements, contract recruitment, or a blended desk depending on experience and preference.
This role suits someone who wants to build a sustainable book of business, not just chase short-term wins.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop existing or grow a specialist recruitment desk
* Business development with new and existing clients
* Build long-term client partnerships and preferred supplier relationships
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role)
* Candidate sourcing, qualification, and relationship management
* Manage interview processes, offers, and negotiations
* Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline activity
* Deliver consistent weekly activity and revenue targets
* Collaborate with leadership on desk strategy and growth planning

About You
* Recruitment experience (agency preferred)
* Ability to run a 360 desk or progress into one
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercially minded with a long-term approach
* Organised pipeline and activity management
* Motivated by building something sustainable rather than transactional billing
* 1 year+ recruitment experience
