We are seeking an experienced and reliable carpenter skilled in light gauge steel framing to lead a small team of 2 to 4 installers. This role suits someone who can work fast, clean, and to a high standard across residential or commercial projects.
Position Options
* Subcontractor (ABN required, strong rates, weekly pay)
* Full-Time Wages (above-award rates with performance bonuses)
Work Involves
* Carpentry in light gauge steel framing
* First fix installation
* Leading a team of 2 to 4
* Residential or commercial framing projects
* Working within a small, efficient crew
* Immediate start with consistent workload
Requirements
* Proven carpentry experience, preferably in LGSF
* White Card
* Own tools and reliable transport
* Strong work ethic, leadership ability, and reliability
* 3-5 years of carpentry experience required
* Previous team leadership experience preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry experience is required for this position.
Previous team leadership experience is preferred for managing installation teams.
