We're searching for an Assistant Development Manager to join a high-performing project team delivering exceptional residential subdivisions across ACT and NSW.
As the Assistant Development Manager, you'll support the full development lifecycle - from feasibility studies through to project delivery - working alongside experienced Project Directors, Engineers, and Development Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with feasibility studies, due diligence, consultant briefs, planning, and rezoning processes.
- Liaise with consultants during the design, documentation, construction, and title registration phases.
- Help prepare project budgets, cashflows, and schedules.
- Support the preparation of Development Applications and voluntary planning agreements.
- Monitor project performance against time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Assist in shaping sales and marketing strategies for residential projects.
- Ensure WHS legislation and company standards are upheld across all stakeholders and project phases.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an ADM or similar role within greenfield subdivision projects.
- Skilled in project programs, budgets, and cashflow management using industry-standard tools.
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
