About the role:
This is a hands-on strategic role spanning all four pillars of marketing: product, place, price and promotion. You'll own the guest journey from digital discovery to in-venue experience, lead a team of freelancers and drive data-informed campaigns that grow the Costa Taco brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape and lead marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, keeping sales goals and brand identity front of mind
* Guide internal teams and stakeholders on the best ways to reach and engage Costa Taco's target audiences
* Oversee creative production across photography, video, copy and media managing freelancers and agencies within scope and budget
* Identify new market opportunities through ongoing research, customer data and trend analysis
* Provide input across pricing, product mix, promotions and sales channels to keep Costa Taco competitive and on-brand
* Build, manage and grow our social media presence and website content with a consistent publishing rhythm
* Use data modelling to evaluate how pricing decisions affect profitability and overall business performance
* Track and optimise digital performance; from SEO and search metrics to social engagement and campaign results
* Ensure the digital experience matches what guests find when they walk through the door, across all four venues
* Report regularly to leadership with clear insights, performance summaries and strategic recommendations
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree level qualification in Marketing or a related field is required.
* 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role
* Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management and digital platforms
* Strong grasp of SEO, social media, analytics and digital content
* Ability to coordinate freelancers, agencies and creative production
* Data-driven mindset with experience translating insights into action
