Job Description:
A Radiation Therapist will work in a supportive, cutting-edge environment to elevate patient care. The role involves simulations, designing high-quality treatment plans, and ensuring accurate delivery of Radiation Therapy based on the Oncologist's prescription.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform simulations and design treatment plans to ensure accurate delivery of Radiation Therapy
* Provide patient-centred care and educate patients throughout their treatment journey
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
* Maintain detailed and accurate records and demonstrate strong attention to detail
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the advancement of the department
Requirements:
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
* Current Registration with AHPRA
* Radiation user licence IA13 with NSW Environment Protection Authority (NSW EPA)
