As the Product Manager for Home and Business Insurance, you will be responsible for driving significant policy growth, member value and financial performance within the Home Insurance and Small Business Insurance portfolios.

The position covers the product management functions including portfolio management, product development, market & commercial analysis as well as supporting key project delivery. An immediate focus is on rapidly growing the membership base through deep portfolio and market understanding, optimisation opportunities, member experience enhancements and collaboration with internal stakeholders and our underwriter.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring our Product team delivers desired commercial outcomes and exceptional service. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

• Identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to improve demand, conversion, sales and retention rates.
• Identify opportunities to exceed member expectations and improve member satisfaction measures.
• Prepare regular reports and undertake ad hoc analysis, to improve portfolio performance.
• Support claims initiatives in partnership with IMA to deliver on claims NPS aligned to SLA.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in an agile environment to design, build and deliver ongoing digital enhancements to drive conversion uplifts through the sales funnel.
• Support the development of product strategies and roadmaps that align with market dynamics.
• Support key strategic projects, ensuring home insurance objectives are understood and implemented.

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant business discipline such as commerce, law, economics or marketing.
• Post graduate qualification in business or marketing (desirable).
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (desirable).
• Product management experience in Home Insurance field (desirable).
• Solid understanding and interpretation of data, insights and analytics.
• Ability to influence stakeholders to drive sales.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

• Commercial acumen and strong financial literacy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
