About the RolesOur Room Leader (Nursery), is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with a Diploma or Bachelor's qualification to inspire and mentor a team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality programs and fostering strong connections with children, families, and your fellow educators.
What You'll Bring to Our Awesome Team
A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
A strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards, VEYLF, and National Quality Standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach.
A current Working with Children Check.
A genuine desire to make a difference and contribute to a supportive team.
For the Room Leader role, a proven ability to lead and mentor.
