These opportunities are being offered on a short-term contract basis, between 2 and 3 months.Key Responsibilities Will Also IncludeProviding first-level HR support, with a focus on supporting Stores with peak trade recruitment activities.Completing recruitment tasks accurately and promptly, including job and offer approvals.Assisting the recruitment team with phone screening, interview booking and job managementPreparing and delivering recruitment reporting to support store hiring activity.Assisting the broader HR team with ad hoc tasks as needed.QualificationsAvailability to start immediately will be highly regarded.Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (or currently studying).
Previous administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced or retail environment.Confident using systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters).
