About The Role
TheWarehouse Operator & Counter Salesis aFull-timeposition, based at our store inCoffs Harbour - NSW.
Reporting to theStore Manageryou will delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.
In This Role You Will
Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)
To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store
Processing orders, invoices and payments
Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
To assist with deliveries when required.
Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm.
What You Bring To The Role
Forklift licence is essential.
Possess a strong work ethic.
To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
An eagerness to learn about products and services.
Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
Must be confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
