Job Title: Policy Governance Lead
Join us in our mission to champion best practice policy development and document management across the organization. As a proactive and strategic Policy Governance Lead, you will empower teams, elevate document quality, and enhance organisational compliance and resilience.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Own and evolve our Controlled Documents Framework ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance.
* Lead the end-to-end document lifecycle from creation to retirement with precision.
* Partner with internal experts to design and refine policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, and tools.
* Maintain oversight of our document management system and intranet-based resources.
* Identify opportunities to enhance content management system capabilities.
* Ensure robust security, seamless access, and proper distribution of all controlled content.
* Monitor legislative and industry developments aligning documents to changing obligations.
* Embed best-practice writing standards across policy content.
* Align all documentation to relevant accreditation standards, legislation, and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
* Exceptional policy writing, editing, and formatting skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and document control processes.
* Natural curiosity about legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
* Superb time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
* Ability to juggle competing priorities and drive outcomes under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
* Experience navigating regulatory environments and understanding risk frameworks.
* Eligibility for required checks National Criminal History, NDIS Worker, and Working with Children.
