We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales and experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate and showcase our products across various categories, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards in your area, ensuring a strong presence of our brand.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Availability for permanent weekend work.
* Customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a premium retail environment.
* A confident approach and friendly, engaging manner.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information simply.
* Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
* Determination, passion, and drive for results.
