Recruitment Resourcer / Coordinator

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) Asia Pacific is seeking a highly organised and service‐focused Recruitment Resourcer / Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role based at our national support office in Rowville, VIC. This role is responsible for coordinating the end‐to‐end recruitment administration of casual roles across our Australian businesses, supporting brands including Repco, NAPA and AMX. You will ensure vacancies are advertised, processed, compliant and finalised efficiently, while delivering consistent and professional service to hiring managers and candidates. Ideal for an experienced administrator or customer service professional, this position requires strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence working across stakeholders and systems. Recruitment experience will be highly regarded, and this role has proven to be a strong stepping stone into broader HR or recruitment careers. It could also be a strong step from agency into internal, particularly for consultants or coordinators managing temporary or contract portfolios.

About the role

* Coordinate the recruitment administration process for casual vacancies across multiple business units.
* Post advertisements and assist hiring managers to manage applications through our recruitment system, Workday.
* Review candidate documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met.
* Liaise with hiring managers to confirm role details and progress appointments.
* Provide structured follow‐up to ensure hiring activity progresses smoothly and in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting requirements.
* Ensure all hires are processed accurately and within required timeframes.
* Provide confident, professional customer service while appropriately managing expectations.

About you

* Strong administrative capability with excellent organisation skills and a structured, methodical approach to managing multiple tasks.
* Confident communicator who is comfortable initiating phone conversations and following up, and who can provide clear guidance and support to stakeholders and candidates.
* Customer‐focused, professional and solutions‐driven.
* Detail‐oriented, particularly when working with compliance documentation and reporting.
* Strong systems aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
* Recruitment agency coordination or temp desk experience, and/or exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition will be viewed favourably.
* Sound judgement, a practical approach to problem solving and a genuine interest in understanding people and team fit.
