We're looking for enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our Ballarat Community in Victoria and support our participants. We are looking for individuals with a passion in providing quality support to promote independence!
Your Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be the HEART of our mission, empowering participants to live their best lives. You'll provide flexible, personalised care, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued. We are looking for enthusiastic support workers who have a passion for community service and can work across AM, PM, and nights shifts across various sites in our community.

What We're Looking For
* Passionate, flexible, and caring individuals
* Experience in disability or health care sectors
* Experience supporting people in SIL/SDA with physical & intellectual disabilities
* Must have qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate IV in Disability
* NDIS Worker Screening
* Working with Children's Check
* Valid First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates
* Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex challenging behaviours
* Reliable car and current Australian driver's license/insurance
This role is based in Ballarat, South Australia. Hence this would be perfect for those who are currently in the region or open to relocating, enjoy discovering new places, and want to immerse themselves in a close-knit community while supporting participants to live independently.
