Retail Team Member Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric individual to join our retail team as a key contributor.
Job Summary
This is a full-time permanent role, working across a rotating roster with weekend work.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and serve customers in our 'pick up' area, ensuring that orders are ready for collection.
* Load customer vehicles via forklift according to safety guidelines.
* Move stock and finished goods around the store and surrounding environment safely.
* Picking, packing and scanning stock ready for pick-up.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
* Assist the Retail Team with in-store duties as required.
* General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
About You:
* Forklift Licence is essential for this role.
* Forklift experience including loading, unloading and maneuvering in various environments while following strict safety protocols.
* Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
* Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
