About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in building positive relationships and ensuring their satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, etc.
Providing accurate and helpful information about our products, services, and policies
Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Processing quote requests, job requests, payments, invoicing, quoting, tasks, follow-ups, overdue account follow-ups, maintaining client portals, and handling franchise partner and client inquiries and requests
Maintaining accurate customer records
Escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficient with Simpro and Outlook
Work Setup:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
Onsite at Philexcel, Clark
