Job Summary:
This is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing effective human resources management across multiple entities.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as manage employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing HR functions, with a focus on compliance, accuracy and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing all HR functions for up to 200 employees working for 4 separate entities
* Processing, maintaining and improving the employee lifecycle
* Supporting the Branch Management Teams with recruitment and performance management
* Managing employee licence and accreditation compliance
* Managing staff rewards program
* Long service leave calculations (legislation understanding preferred)
* Fortnightly processing of payroll (experience with online systems preferred)
* Production of monthly reports using Excel
* Management of Workcover Claims
* General Administration duties
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
You will also have proven HR experience, ideally within a busy environment, with previous experience in online HR systems.
