* Prepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events
* Uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reduction
* Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
* Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
The Person
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
* Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
* Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
