About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, employee retention and relations, performance management and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and regulations. They will also be required to liaise with referral sources, staff members and clients as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with workforce planning, audits and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR or similar; working towards or completion of an HR qualification is advantageous
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
Essential Requirements:
- Current Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid driver's licence
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- On call
