About the Role
The Investment Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the firm's investment management activities. Working closely with the investment, finance, and compliance teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of portfolio data, trade processing, fund accounting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily investment operations including trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and cash management.
* Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and brokers to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
* Maintain portfolio data and ensure alignment between internal systems and external service providers.
* Assist with fund performance reporting, unit pricing, and valuation processes.
* Support month‑end and quarter‑end reporting cycles, including reconciliations and investor reporting.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and support new product or fund launches.
* Contribute to ongoing system enhancements and operational projects.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related discipline.
* 4+ years' experience in investment operations or a related role within funds management or financial services.
* Strong understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and operational processes.
* High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and exposure to investment systems (e.g., eFront, Allvue, Investran, BlackRock Aladdin, or similar).
* Team‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
