Key Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, developing strategic business plans, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for select clients, driving revenue growth while building long-term, profitable partnerships.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Create and implement customer account business plans with clear objectives and action plans.

- Negotiate sales contracts, prepare quotations, and identify opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with Area Managers to meet site requirements and performance standards.

- Manage projects and ensure contractual obligations are met.

- Promote new products and services, attending industry events and conferences as required.

- Deliver against revenue targets and contribute to budget objectives.

What You'll Bring:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing key accounts.

- Strong background in underground mining or conveyor systems

- Demonstrated sales expertise with a strong track record of achieving results.

- Technical competence and/or mechanical aptitude.

- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organisational and time management abilities.

- CRM experience and high computer literacy (Ostendo experience desirable).
