Fleet Allocator - Brendale
Role Overview
Manage a fleet of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Highlights
* Customer Focused: Maintain excellent communication across all levels, ensuring solutions-focused service.
* Operational Accountability: Oversee all administration tasks in your area and ensure productive and cost-effective utilization of vehicles and staff.
* Safety and Compliance: Attention to detail encompassing safety, NHVL including fatigue and CoR, and customer requirements.
Specific Duties
* Allocate work, vehicles, and staff to meet customer requirements.
* Ensure vehicles and staff are utilized efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Transparent communication with drivers, colleagues, and customers.
* Report weekly to the Operations Manager on mutually agreed KPIs.
* Source loads external of prime contracts to keep our vehicles running.
* Source subcontractors as required to meet customer requirements.

* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Robust negotiation skills to ensure the best outcomes.
* Ability to balance customer service with the best interests of the company.

Additional Information
Salary: $70k to $90k + super (depending on experience)
Location: Brendale
Hours: 8am to 4pm (with the expectation of being contactable out of hours)
