As a Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading advanced clinical care services in a newly created role.
You will deliver culturally safe and responsive primary health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. You will conduct independent patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making, prescribing medications under the Kimberley Standard Drug List and authorised SASAs.

* Conduct independent patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making.
* Prescribe medications under the Kimberley Standard Drug List and authorised SASAs.
* Order diagnostic investigations and interpret results.
* Manage recalls and reminders.

Qualifications and Skills Required
To qualify, you must hold current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services is desirable.

* Effective communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
* Cultural humility and a willingness to learn in an Aboriginal health context.
