Your Opportunity
As a **Geriatrician**, you will provide specialist medical care for older adults within the **Fraser Coast Integrated Care Service**, supporting patients across the full continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities Include
Comprehensive geriatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management Care of patients with complex medical, functional and cognitive conditions Strong multidisciplinary collaboration to optimise patient outcomes Clinical leadership and contribution to service development across acute, subacute and community settings Supporting patients, families and carers through coordinated, integrated care models
