Your work will contribute to the sustainable management of water and riverine resources, in line with departmental policies and priorities, in collaboration with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities IncludeLeading regional compliance and water measurement programs, particularly in Far North Queensland. Engaging with internal and external clients to deliver regulatory services and compliance activities. Interpreting and applying the Water Act 2000 and Planning Act 2016 to achieve compliance outcomes. Providing strategic advice on compliance, policy application, and regional implementation.
