A large, multi-faceted hospitality operation is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to help lead day-to-day service across bars, restaurant, café, gaming and functions. This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and driving standards in a busy environment. You'll take ownership of your shifts, support the team in real time, and ensure a consistent guest experience across multiple revenue streams. The standout?
