The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven Sales Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team in Mildura by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our regional markets. Please note that this is a part-time position.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the broader Sales team and will report directly to the Sales Manager in Mildura. You’ll enjoy a dynamic environment where you’ll interact with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Processing and managing advertising bookings.
- Assisting in the preparation of advertising proposals.
- Accurately maintaining client and revenue records.
- Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
What you’ll bring:
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong data entry skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- An aptitude for analysing numbers and identifying insights.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A positive work ethic and a strong team focus.
- A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
