Warehouse Storeperson Permanent Part Time- EQ Saddlery PAKENHAM

The role
Based in Pakenham, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, reliable team player with good communication skills and strong attention to detail to join our Warehouse team.

About the role
* Working as part of a small team, this is a busy role with daily deadlines
* Responsibilities include receiving FCL and LCL shipments, storing correctly inwards goods on pallets, picking and packing goods for dispatch
* This is a physically demanding role and you will need to be physically fit and have the ability to continuously lift and bend
* A fork lift licence is essential
* You will have basic computer skills to enable you to prepare documentation and labels
* The hours of work are 8.30 am -5pm, two days a week or 9.00 – 3.00 three days a week, with the possibility of moving to full time in the future.
* Start date January 2026
Key responsibilities
* Verify and check off incoming inventory
* Pick and pack orders
* Invoice and shipping orders
* Warehouse Layout
* Stocktaking
* Freight Outwards
* Completing quality control checks for purchasing
* Heavy lifting
* Unpack and store container shipments of stock arrivals
Our ideal candidates possess the following qualities
* Previous experience working in a warehouse/stores environment is an advantage
* Basic computer experience
* Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
* Must hold a current Drivers and Forklift licence
