Senior Contracts Administrator – Relocation to Brisbane. Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a talented Contracts Administrator who is looking to relocate to Queensland. Opportunities are with leading developer builders and head D&C; contractors in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, across high rise luxury apartments, mixed use commercial, sporting facilities, and industrial new build projects.
Role Overview
As a Senior Contracts Administrator with our client, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts administration, including:
Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.
Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators
Requirements
Reliable plans to relocate to Queensland.
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
Sound knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Procore, Cheops, Hammertech).
