What you'll be doing
* Serves as the medical leader and manager of the clinical services, medical staff and training, research, and quality programs within the Department of Radiology at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.
* Works within the Medical Imaging Stream to ensure departmental activities align with MNCLHD objectives.
* Leads a busy diagnostic and interventional radiology service, collaborating with radiography, nursing and allied health colleagues to promote evidence‑based practice and innovation.
* Enhances clinical engagement, professional practice and standards, and fosters a culture of respect, teamwork and continuous performance improvement.
