At Nourished Not Deprived, we believe support work should be more than just a job - it's a meaningful way to learn, grow, and make a real difference while you study.
We've recently expanded into Support Work to complement our existing allied health services - allowing us to provide truly holistic care for our NDIS participants. Our support workers now bridge the gap between therapy and everyday life, helping clients implement strategies, build independence, and thrive.
You'll be supervised by our Clinical Manager, an Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience, ensuring you're supported, guided, and growing every step of the way.
This role is perfect for university students studying an allied health degree (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Dietetics, Social Work or similar) who want hands-on experience in the disability and health sector - and a clear pathway to future opportunities within our multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll be the friendly face helping participants live confidently and independently. You'll provide practical assistance, emotional support, and everyday skill-building, following each person's NDIS goals and therapy recommendations.

* Assist participants in community access, transport, and social participation.
* Implement strategies developed by allied health clinicians.

* NDIS Worker Screening & WWCC.
* Current First Aid & CPR.
* Driver's licence and reliable car (essential).

Why You'll Love Working With Us
* Guided by an experienced OT Clinical Manager who provides ongoing supervision and mentorship.
* Be part of a new and growing arm of a national allied health company.
* Supportive, down-to-earth team culture - no egos, just care.
* Work that genuinely changes lives every day.
* Flexible hours that work around your study or lifestyle.
