Your RoleAs Senior Events Coordinator, you'll manage the end-to-end coordination and delivery of events across the island.
This includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparing run sheets and itineraries, managing supplier bookings, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure every event runs seamlessly.You will:Manage the planning and delivery of weddings, business events, social occasions, venue bookings, and internal functionsBuild strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure delivery of products and servicesGather event-specific information and prepare run sheets, itineraries, event orders, and reportsCoordinate venue and supplier bookings across accommodation, catering, AV, styling, and transportLead pre- and post-event briefings, and provide recommendations for future improvementsSupport the events team in staff briefings and event execution when requiredMaintain thorough records and documentation for internal use and client satisfactionWhat We're Looking ForYou are a confident communicator with a hands-on approach to event delivery.
